  DELIVERY POLICY

All Next Day orders will be delivered to the post office on working days Mon - Fri before 3pm. If a order is placed after 3pm it will fall in to the following day. If a Next Day order is urgently needed please contact us on 07502031984

All items will be sent 1st Class Recorded Delivery unless its on a Next Day Service. If you need your order by a certain date (like weddings, parts. etc...), please buy in advance so if there are any problems we can contact you, also please include a note on the order form or contact us. Please note postage will be taken place after the 24 Hour period due to the cancellation policy.

Do note that, dispatch process is composed of three stages

- Payment

                                  - Collecting goods and dispatch

- Delivery

If there is a problem with your credit card, there may be delays in delivery.

Next day parcels are sent out on a next day service if the parcel has not been received then the courier holds responsibility.

If a item gets lost in the post we will refund you once the postage company has given us the money for the lost parcel which may take up to 30 days from the date the claim was made to the postage company.

 REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

All items are non refundable. Items can be exchanged for another size if they do not fit or if the items are damaged. P&P will not be refunded on returned items. If you are unhappy with the product, you can return it and we will ensure that we send you the right product. All returning items should be sent on Recorded Delivery. Please be aware that some products are made to order and cannot be refunded or exchanged. To help you with these products, we have provided a measuring guide to ensure that you take accurate measurements.

We as human beings, are not perfect, so if your order is erroneous, please contact us. If the mistake is made by us we will cover all costs of the exchange, and should the mistake be made by you the customer you will be liable to cover the postage charges for the exchange. The cost off the exchange will be dependant on the size of the product. Please contact The Wee Scottish Shop for the price.

The Wee Scottish Shop is working strongly on data protection. While placing an order you will be asked for your credit card details. We accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Switch credit cards.

We have prepared specially secured page for that purpose – you will notice a "https" in the front of page address – it indicates that it is a secure channel. This is called "secure HTTP connection". It means that all the data transmitted is encrypted and cannot be intercepted by anyone. According to our privacy and security policy we protect all information received from you when purchasing products on our website. We do not hold your card details, therefore all your card details will be deleted after being used.

In addition, limited number of our staff have access to these information. So you can be sure that your credit card details is well protected in a secure environment. In case there is a problem with payment, you will receive an e-mail with a failed payment notification.

 CANCELATION POLICY

On all items there will be a cancelation policy given,
which would be a 24 Hour periods soon as the item has been purchased.  After 24 Hours all items will be parcelled up and be ready to be sent out. If you cancel your order before 24 Hours we will be happy to refund you the money back in to you account.
